Situated along the Minas Channel, Spencer's Island Light was built in 1904 to guide vessels into this once important shipbuilding centre.  Its fixed red light was visible for up to seven miles.  Although Spencer's Island Light has not served as a light station since the 1980s, today it is a designated municipal heritage structure.

"It was a great trip.  Thanks to having the itinerary and the tickets on hand we truly took advantage of all there was to do in New Brunswick without waiting to arrive there to find out what there was to do." - Mary Andrade & Family, Miami FL - Itinerary Planning Service June 2004
