Anne's Land
Anne of Green Gables is a world-renowned story created by Prince Edward Island native Lucy Maud Montgomery. This fictional feisty, red-haired orphan has touched the lives of many over the last century. Visit the setting that inspired the tales (Green Gables), Ms. Montgomery’s birthplace, homestead and resting place and the Heritage Museum dedicated to her life. In addition, Cavendish is also home to several other “Anne” attractions including Avonlea Village and nearby the Anne of Green Gables Museum at Silver Bush. Varying admissions charged. The Dunes Gallery
A striking complex overlooking beautiful water gardens, panoramic dunes and the deep blue ocean, The Dunes Gallery presents fine Canadian crafts from over 70 artists. While visiting this remarkable gallery, stop by The Dunes Cafe for a delicious meal served on handmade pottery. Open June 1-October 24.

Kensington Water Gardens
Dr. Gene Splicer began studying genetics in 1975 at his ancestral home in York, England. He later moved to Prince Edward Island where he built an incredible home and laboratory complex to continue his studies. During your to visit Kensington Gardens, tour Dr. Splicer's labs, visit the reconstruction of York he built inside the mansion and appreciate the spectacularly breathtaking self-contained water gardens. Open mid-June through mid-October. Admission charged.
Prince Edward Island National Park
Preserving the natural and cultural heritage of PEI’s North Shore, this national park truly captures the beauty of the Island. The endless white sand beaches bordered by red sandstone cliffs provide visitors with a great place to relax in the sun or play in the surf of the Atlantic Ocean. The park’s diverse sand dunes, salt marshes, ponds and woodlands provide homes for a variety of plants and animals including the endangered Piping Plover. An excellent spot for the avid bird watcher. In addition, find food outlets, gift shops, camping sites, Green Gables (the setting of Lucy Maud Montgomery’s famous novel “Anne of Green Gables”) and Dalvay by the Sea (a beautiful Victorian historic inn) with Prince Edward Island National Park. Visitor Centre open daily mid-June through late September. Admission charged.
Woodleigh Replicas & Gardens
Woodleigh Replicas & Gardens is a historical theme park located in Burlington, PE. Comprised of 45 acres of stunning countryside, Woodleigh is home to 30 replicas of some of the most spectacular castles and cathedrals to be found in the British Isles as well as beautiful and professional designed gardens. Perhaps have your picture taken along side a replica of Dunvegan Castle, St. Paul's Cathedral or Yorkminster. Open June 5-September 25. During July and August, the gates open at 9am and close at 6pm. Admission charged.
