Arrive in charming, rural community of L'Etete and visit the L'Etete Passage Light, also known as Green's Point Light, before continuing your journey.  The former's lightkeeper's home is now a museum featuring local flora and fauna and the history of the lighthouse, coastal aborginals and local marine life.  This site is a photographer's paradise.

Other facts:

  • Established in 1879.
  • One of the few remaining lighthouses in New Brunswick with a keeper's home still remaining at the station.

Directions: Follow signs through St. George to the Deer Island ferry.  Turn left onto Green's Point Road, just before the ferry landing, and continue to the end of the road.
