Chef Arne's culinary background begins in Western Canada under the tutelage of Master Chef Yeung Chung, and Chef Terry Kwan and continued his Asian gastronomic influences into to private home catering in New Zealand and the Fiji Islands.

Chef Arne has been a culinary educator for the last 3 years, and his approach to teaching through the creation of an experience has not gone unnoticed. He now works throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario sharing his unique talent for education. Chef Arne resides in Moncton, NB.
