What is Sea.Fire.Salt.?
Served up by the highest tides in the world, directly from the Bay
of Fundy to you, comes a smorgasbord of Atlantic seafood. Your catch
of the day has been chilled by the salty seawater of the Bay which maintains
an average year-round temperature of about 0° to 2° Celsius (or 32°
